Arcane-Group is a Belgian company based in Liège, founded in 2011 by Marc and Olivier, initially to provide expertise services to insurance companies such as Ethias, Protect, P&V, Vivium, AXA…

After many events and a major direction change, Arcane finally specialised in providing purchasing advice for leading Belgian companies such as: VOO, NTT Data, CIRB, SPW, Proximus, Elia, Euroclear, La Défense, etc.

In parallel with purchasing consultancy services, since 2015, in response to a fairly explicit request from one of our clients: “Can you help us improve our operating margin? Can you help us improve drastically our purchase prices for certain goods? … ” we have specialised in the procurement of technical products. Our procurement consulting service satisfied our client so much that they asked us to act as a commercial intermediary/purchasing centre.

Since then, we have been distributing telecoms solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.

We continue to distribute all the products that have satisfied our clients.

As each customer is different, we frequently carry out specific sourcing projects. If the customer gives us permission, we pool the potential needs of our other customers in order to further improve the commercial proposal.
